Terms and Conditions

  1. Validity of Terms of Use

1.1. The Terms and Conditions apply to the person making the purchase (hereinafter the Buyer) and the owner of the shopping environment grandbazaar.ee Güllüzadem OÜ (hereinafter the Seller) on the obligations and rights arising from the purchase and sale of goods through grandbazaar.ee.

1.2. In addition, the purchase and sale of products through grandbazaar.ee is regulated by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.

  1. Purchase of goods

2.1. The prices of all goods are in Euros and include 20% Estonian VAT. The products listed are currently valid prices and expected delivery times. If all goes well, select the appropriate quantity and click the “Add product to cart” link.

Products can be added to the cart from different product groups and unlimited. The quantities of products can be changed later in the shopping cart, and products can also be removed from the shopping cart. Cart Contents is active until you remain on our website, closing the window of the shopping cart contents will be deleted.

2.2. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The delivery time of the goods is a maximum of 3 working days in Estonia. Delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days in Finland, Lithuania and Latvia.

2.3. The pictures of the products in the e-shop are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual products.

2.4. The description of the goods may not be accurate or sufficiently detailed. See the manufacturer’s website for more information, contact us if you have any questions feel free to contact.

  1. Payment for goods

You can choose between three different payment methods in the shopping cart.

  • Payment for the order via Seb Bank – card payment or bank link
  • Payment for the order by invoice by bank transfer – payment by bank transfer

3.1. If you choose that you want to pay via Seb’s bank link, credit card or PayPal, the invoice will be sent to the Buyer after the payment is made based on the data entered by the Buyer. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail entered by the Buyer. The invoice is not sent automatically, it is done by the person who checks that everything is in order. Therefore, the buyer will not receive an invoice immediately or at night and on holidays. The buyer is obliged to check that the data in the order made by him is correct before making the payment. Execution of the order starts from the moment Seb bank confirms to the Seller that the payment has been successfully made. If you are making a payment via credit card or bank link, click the “Back to Merchant” button after making the payment and you will see the message “Payment successfully completed”. If you press the “Back to merchant” button before making the payment or the “Cancel” button during the payment, the payment will not be received, the contents of your shopping cart will be deleted and the order will be canceled. When paying for an order with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV Pank, Nordea, Danskebank, Krediidipank), the payment is made outside the E-store environment in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The e-shop does not have access to the Buyer’s bank and credit card details.

3.2. If the buyer is a private individual, the invoice contains the details of the private person and if the buyer is a company, the invoice contains the details of the company. The invoice and all other necessary information will be sent to the e-mail entered by the Buyer. Before sending the invoice by us, the Buyer will receive an automatic order confirmation, which is an exact copy of the order made by the Buyer. The buyer is obliged to check that everything is correct and inform the seller if something is wrong. The invoice is not sent automatically, it is done by the person who checks that everything is in order. Therefore, the buyer will not receive an invoice immediately or at night and on holidays. Execution of the order starts from the moment when the entire amount indicated on the invoice has been received in the Seller’s account. If you pay for the purchase on the basis of the order confirmation sent to you, be sure to indicate the order confirmation number as an explanation for the payment order.

3.3. The Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately if it turns out that the goods requested by the Buyer are no longer available, the delivery time is unknown or the price has changed. If the extended delivery time or changed price offered by the Seller is not suitable for the Buyer, the Seller cancels the order submitted by the Buyer and refunds the full amount paid to the Buyer.

  1. Delivery of goods

4.1. The Seller offers two options for the delivery of goods: A courier who delivers the goods within Europe.

4.2. The cost of delivery of goods by courier within Europe is 5.50 €. If the Buyer picks up the goods himself, there is no delivery cost.

4.3. The goods are usually delivered earlier than the time indicated in the product description. If the Buyer has paid for the goods and the Seller sees that the delivery time of the goods is still longer than allowed or the price of the product has changed significantly, the Seller shall immediately contact the Buyer and inform about the changed delivery time or price. If the extended delivery time or changed price offered by the Seller is not suitable for the Buyer, the Seller cancels the order submitted by the Buyer and refunds the full amount paid to the Buyer.

4.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact information provided to the Seller before placing the order. If the Buyer is not constantly present at the indicated address or finding a location is difficult, the Buyer could write additional information about his location or times of presence in the “Additional information” window during the ordering process. For example: “I will be present from Monday to Friday at Järve 5 from 10.00 to 16.00”. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products if the delay is due to the inaccuracy of the contact details provided by the Buyer.

  1. Liability and force majeure

5.1. The Seller and the Buyer shall be liable for damages caused to the other party in accordance with these terms and conditions and the laws in force in Europe.

5.2. The seller is not liable for other damages caused by misuse or defect of the products.

5.3. The Seller shall not be liable for damages caused to the Buyer if the damage is caused by a circumstance which the Seller could not influence (force majeure).

5.4. The seller’s liability for the delivery of the goods ends from the moment of delivery of the goods to the courier.

  1. Other conditions

6.1. Disputes arising in connection with the ordering and purchase of goods through grandbazaar.ee will be resolved through bilateral negotiations. All disputes and problems not mentioned in these grandbazaar.ee terms of use shall be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in Europe.

  1. Return of goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods to the Seller for a good reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be undamaged in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Before buying the goods, the buyer is obliged to make sure that the goods to be purchased are still suitable for him. By ticking the box “I confirm that the data I have entered is correct and I have read and agree to the terms of use of homepastries.ee” in the shopping cart, the buyer confirms that he has actually done so and understood everything. The buyer covers all costs related to the return of the goods. The goods must be brought or sent by courier to Güllüzadem OÜ at Sõpruse puiestee 31, Tallinn 10615, Estonia. The Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the returned goods within three working days after the goods have been inspected and declared eligible for return. The money will be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account, the returned goods will not be settled in cash.

7.2. Open food is not refundable.

  1. Privacy Policy

8.1. The Buyer gives the Seller a clear and informed consent to the processing of his / her personal data only in connection with a specific sales transaction or the transfer of product and delivery information.

8.2. Personal data that has become known to the Seller shall be entered in the customer register and shall be used for the provision of sales services and delivery of goods to the Buyer.

8.3. The Seller retains the contact details and information about the purchases entered by the Buyer during the purchases. This information is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Only the personal data of the Buyer that is necessary for the delivery of the products will be forwarded to the company providing the courier service.

8.4. The Seller may use the Buyer’s personal data to send information about special offers and campaigns to the Buyer by e-mail only if the Buyer has given his consent.

8.5. The data communication between the Buyer and the banks and the card payment center is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Buyer’s personal data and bank data. The payment is made outside the E-store environment, in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The e-shop does not have access to the Buyer’s bank and credit card data.

The product arrives at Omniva or Itella parcel machine within 3 working days.

You can return the product within 14 days if the product is not suitable for you. This will get you back your money and the original postage.
