INGREDIENTS: Filling: 60.9% [Pasteurized cow’s milk, granulated sugar (beet), pistachio, Butter (pasteurized cow’s milk cream,
butter culture), semolina (durum wheat)], Yufka [(wheat flour, water, salt, corn starch, preservatives (potassium sorbate, calcium propionate)], vegetable oil [(varying amounts of palm, shea), butter flavoring, colorant (beta-carotene)].
Defrosting/preparing recommendation:
1 – Place the katmer that you opened in its package into the pan with the baking paper inside. Place your pan on the stove and cook your
katmer on medium heat until both sides are browned, then serve.
2 – Place your tray in the oven preheated to 230 0C with the lower and upper heat settings and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the top is
browned, then serve.
Store in your deep freezer at -18 0C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
