Turkish coffee Mehmet Efendi


Turkish coffee is made in a special Cezve pot, which produces a beautiful, thick foam when boiled. Can also be prepared in a small pot with a stem.

  • 1. Measure the drinking water with a cup and pour it into the pot. (65ml water per serving.)
  • 2. For each cup, add 2 teaspoons of coffee (6g), sugar if desired.
  • 3. Stir the coffee over low heat until it boils, it takes 3-4 minutes, a dark foam forms on top.
