INGREDIENTS: Beef, Onion, Water, Flour, Eggs, Oil, Salt, Herbst.
Preparation: 700 grams of mantı (serves 4) is placed into boiling salted water in a large pot. It is boiled for 10 minutes until the dough scent disappears. After this process, it is drained. The boiled mantı is served with garlic yogurt and topped with tomato sauce.
