Ingredients:
Raw Kadayif [wheat flour (44.5%), drinking water (54%), salt, preservatives (potassium sorbate E202, calcium propionate E282)], Butter-Flavored Vegetable Anhydrous Oil [blend of palm and shea oils, natural butter flavor, colorant (beta-carotene), no added salt], Kunefe Cheese (Fresh Low-Fat Processed Cheese) [pasteurized cow’s milk (98.94%), rennet (0.06%), melting salts (E339, E452); minimum 20% milk fat in dry matter], glucose-fructose syrup (contains more than 5% fructose).
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 230°C (top and bottom heat). Without thawing, remove the kunefe from its packaging and place it with the foil tray directly into the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping to brown both sides evenly. While the kunefe is baking, leave the syrup (provided in the box) at room temperature to thaw. Once baked, immediately pour the syrup over the hot kunefe and serve.
Storage Instructions:
Store at -18°C in a deep freezer. Do not refreeze once thawed.
